FX, Ketjen equity income & PCS) ($20) - $20 million Interest and financing expenses $150 - $170 million Weighted-average common shares outstanding (diluted) ~118 million (a)    Adjusted effective tax rate dependent on lithium market prices and geographic income mix Cash Flow and Capital Deployment Cash from operations of $1.3 billion for the year ended December 31, 2025 increased $594 million compared to the prior-year period due to cost and productivity improvements, cash management actions, including inventory reductions, and a customer prepayment received in January. Capital expenditures of $590 million were in-line with the company’s most recent outlook and decreased by $1.1 billion versus the prior-year period, reflecting the impact of decisions that stopped or slowed spending and the completion of capacity expansions in Energy Storage and Specialties. Balance Sheet and Liquidity As of December 31, 2025, Albemarle had estimated liquidity of approximately $3.2 billion, including $1.6 billion of cash and equivalents, $1.5 billion available under its revolver and $105 million available on other credit lines. Total debt was $3.2 billion, representing a net debt to adjusted EBITDA ratio (as defined in our credit agreement) of approximately 2.0 times. Earnings Call Date: Thurs., Feb.
