2025 Guidance Update We are reaffirming our full year 2025 guidance provided to the market on February 11. Allison expects 2025 net sales in the range of $3,200 to $3,300 million, Net income in the range of $735 to $785 million, Adjusted EBITDA in the range of $1,170 to $1,230 million, Net cash provided by operating activities in the range of $800 to $860 million, capital expenditures in the range of $165 to $175 million, and Adjusted free cash flow in the range of $635 to $685 million.   2 Conference Call and Webcast The Company will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, May 1, 2025 to discuss its first quarter 2025 results.
