Contracted Services Segment : Diluted earnings from the contracted services segment increased $0.08 per share for the third quarter of 2025 when compared to the same period in 2024 largely resulting from an increase in (i) construction activities, from timing of when work is performed, (ii) management fee revenues resulting from the resolution of various economic price adjustments, and (iii) lower interest expense from lower borrowing levels; partially offset by higher overall operating expenses (excluding construction expenses). The contracted services segment is expected to contribute $0.59 to $0.63 per share for the full 2025 year.
