The regular quarterly dividend is payable on July 9, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 18, 2026. The reclassification impacts only the presentation of revenue by category and does not affect previously reported total revenue, total comparable sales, net earnings or cash flows. Prior-period revenue mix and comparable sales by revenue category included herein have been recast to conform with this reclassification.
