Healthcare Solutions segment operating income growth to be in the range of 5 to 6.5 percent; ◦ International Healthcare Solutions segment operating income growth to be in the range of 5 to 6.5 percent; • Interest expense to be in the range of $150 million to $170 million; • Adjusted effective tax rate of approximately 21 percent; • Adjusted free cash flow to be in the range of $2.0 billion to $3.0 billion; • Capital expenditures to be approximately $600 million; and • Weighted average diluted shares outstanding to be approximately 196 million. Cencora’s fiscal 2025 guidance does not currently include the impact of the RCA acquisition, which will be incorporated into expectations following the transaction close.
