Fiscal Year 2024 Outlook The Company reaffirmed guidance for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024 ("fiscal year 2024") by estimating results in the following ranges: • Revenues between $1.520 billion and $1.550 billion; • Adjusted EBITDA between $360 million and $370 million; • Net cash provided by operating activities between $245 million and $255 million; and • Adjusted Free Cash Flow between $140 million and $150 million. The Company revised guidance for fiscal year 2024 by estimating results in the following range: • Net income between $10 million and $20 million (lowered from a range of $15 million and $25 million). The guidance ranges do not include the impact of any acquisitions that have not been completed.
