The Company reaffirmed guidance for fiscal year 2026 by estimating results in the following ranges: • Adjusted EBITDA between $473 million and $483 million; • Net cash provided by operating activities between $370 million and $380 million; and • Adjusted Free Cash Flow between $200 million and $210 million. The guidance ranges do not include the impact of any acquisitions that have not been completed.
