The organic revenue growth guidance excludes the impact of foreign currency exchange and revenue reported as Other. Including Other revenue and the impact of foreign currency exchange, assuming recent foreign currency exchange rates, FY26 revenue growth on a reported basis would be in the range of 6.5% to 6.8%. Excluding the potential impact from tariffs, Medtronic now expects underlying FY26 diluted non-GAAP EPS growth to be approximately 4.5% versus the prior guidance of approximately 4%.
