Matador expects its midstream CapEx, including its proportionate share of San Mateo’s CapEx, will be approximately $10 to $30 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, which is a 53% reduction in CapEx as compared to $42.8 million in CapEx for the third quarter of 2025.
