Stock Repurchase Program: Delivering on its commitment under the PVH+ Plan to return excess cash to stockholders, the Company entered into ASR agreements in April 2025 to repurchase an aggregate of $500 million of its common stock under the Company’s existing $5 billion stock repurchase authorization. In total during the first quarter of 2025, the Company repurchased 5.4 million shares of its common stock and paid $561 million in connection with the ASR agreements and open market purchases.
